A user is any member of your team who has their own Ticket Support login. Each user is $5/month, and has unlimited access to all of FV’s Ticketing Support features.
Can I have different companies on a single Ticketing account?
You sure can. You can have as many companies and/or email domains as you’d like in your account, and you can create separate mailboxes for them.
How does the free trial work?
It’s simple: you’ll create an account and add as many users as you’d like. You’ll have unlimited access to all of our Ticketing features. After 30 days, we’ll ask you for your credit card information, and you’ll be billed $5 per user per month moving forward.
Can I add or remove users at any time?
Yes! our services are pay-as-you-go, and you can easily add or remove users from your account with a couple of clicks.
